Roy Lichtenstein: Where Comics Meet Fine Art

Pop culture meets comic book panels… it can only mean Roy Lichtenstein is here!  From now until September 3rd you can see the work of Roy Lichtenstein at the Art Institute of Chicago.

Lichtenstein’s work spans from the 1960’s to the mid 1990’s.  Canvases, drawings, sculptures and even a BMW 320i proudly display his work.  The expedition has than 160 works from Lichtenstein including Whaam!, Drowning Girl and Ohhh…Right….  Don’t miss out on this very awesome art exhibition!

Visit the Art Institute of Chicago-open everyday from 10:30 AM-5:00 PM, 10:30 AM-8:00 PM on Thursdays.
